Etter at jeg hadde en veldig uheldig start med en gelliplate som smuldret opp fikk jeg minus10 i selvtillit. Jeg kjøpte en ny, men det tok nærmere et år før jeg etter tre uker med nedstengning fant den frem å tenkte at nå er alt så på hodet at om jeg ødelegger en gelli plate til eller fra spiller ikke noen rolle i den store sammenhengen. Heldigvis overlevde plata og jeg fikk noen trykk som jeg faktisk likte.
Her har jeg brukt bubbles border fra Carmens Veranda på plata
før jeg liftet trykket.jeg har brukt American Craft acryl maling
i grønne og turkise toner.
Jeg forsterket boblene litt med en gelli roll penn og la på litt
gul distress ink der jeg tenkte å ha Sommerfugl jenta. Hun
er et stempel fra Rubber Dance. Hun er farget inn med distress
ink. Har også brukt Archival ink på stemplene.
Så splattet jeg med sort og hvit Gesso. Så brukte jeg en sort tusj
til å markere kanten og tegne rundt sommerfugl jenta mi. Tekst
stempelet er fra Mathia som er merket til Hobbykunst. Jeg var
så heldig å vinne to tekstplater på norsk på en utfordring hos
dem:)
Jeg er så fornøyd med at det ble så mye struktur på bakgrunnen
og at det kule boble stempelet kom frem så nå er jeg vel hekta på
gelli plate for en stund:) Det er ikke ofte jeg bruker mer enn tre
farger, og i alle fall ikke en så sterk kontrastfarge men i dag
trengte jeg noe med litt futt i :)
